Giglio Group S.p.A. announces the signing of a contract with a three-year option for eCommerce management services with Trenitalia, a Ferrovie dello Stato Group company.
Giglio Group will be Trenitalia’s partner in managing the entire e-commerce business, which includes: brand management, logistics management with production and delivery merchandising, global shipping and payment, multilingual customer care, and returns policy management. As well as the creation and development of the online store ino the domestic and international supply chain. The goal is to consolidate and develop Trenitalia’s promotional and commercial initiative through the creation of a Frecciarossa-branded merchandising product line, including through possible co-branding agreements.
